Taco Bell / KFC - Fast Food Favorites in Norfolk, VA | Fresh, Flavorful & Friendly Service

Of all the Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurants I've visited during the past 20 years, this wonderful KFC serves the most tasty meal. Also, the staff made me feel like a very valuable customer. They are incredible!

Most recently ordered with DoorDash and while every time my drink was forgotten/left out. I finally stopped ordering a drink. Anyways I was so please with this time. Food was correct and sauce was in the bag.

I went to get the wedges from KFC. Unfortunately the wadges were not as impressive as I remember them being years ago and they were quite thin. If you want to get somebody's it is better to go to Walmart before 5:00 or and see if they have registered for c of another restaurant you know of has potato wedges. However with this being said I still prefer them over the french fries.

We got dinner last night, 12/30 from both KFC and Taco Bell and although it was crazy busy and the employees were taking verbal abuse from some a-hole customer, the manager (a nice woman) was making sure everyone was being taken care of and was doing her best to keep things flowing smoothly. Unlike many fast food establishments nowadays where employees don’t care about what they are doing, this manager really stood out as someone who did care. She was making sure the employees were on task while making sure customers were taken care of. You can’t hope for anything better than that and i hope she is noticed and appreciated for the value she brings to your establishment.

Drive thru- good service, correct order, what needed to be hot, was hot. What was supposed to be cold was cold.

Service was fast even though the line was long. Order was packaged properly and the cashier double checked herself before handing it out. They forgot my sauces but 4.5 from me tonight.

Shift manager and store manager were awesome. One of the staff with super long hair very helpful and quickly got my order together for me. There was some commotion due to the computer's being down but those 3 handled it like professionals.

I don't regularly go to Taco Bell or KFC, and yet, I have been to this location twice just this month and I had great experiences both times. Both times I went, the location was absolutely slammed with customers. There were cars lined up around the building and most of the parking lot was full. Two weeks ago, I went in, made my order and I totally expected I would probably waiting half an hour. On the contrary, I didn't keep exact track, but I know I was in and out of this location in less than ten minutes. There were people ahead of me waiting for food, but nobody was actually waiting to be served. I walked up to the counter and the young lady working the cash register immediately served me. I was surprised at how quickly my food was completed, but I was skeptical because of past bad experiences with other restaurants, so I checked my food and my order had been accurately filled. On top of that, the young lady who completed my order gave me exactly the amount and kinds of sauces I wanted, and completed the whole transaction with a smile. Last night, I went again. I wasn't actually in the mood for Taco Bell, but it was late, I hadn't eaten, and Taco Bell was convenient. Again, Taco Bell was slammed. There weren't as may customers as the week before, but it seemed the kitchen staff was short last night. There weren't as many smiles, and I could tell that everyone was being pushed to their limits because of the number of customers they had. In spite of that, I was immediately served when I arrived at the counter, my order was completed accurately and efficiently, and the young lady who served us made sure we got the kinds and amounts of sauces we asked for, and even smiled at my wife and I as we left. Earlier this week, I attempted to patronize another business (not Taco Bell or KFC) and I received some of the worst customer service of my life and I posted a review about that business to reflect the terrible customer service I received. It made me think that I need to do a better job of leaving good reviews when I experience good customer service. So, thank you for your excellent customer service. Please keep up the good work, and I'll be back the next time I have a craving for Taco Bell.
